San Antonio Native and UTSA alum where she received her B.A in Fine Arts. During covid lockdowns was inspired with her partner to explore new flavors in the kitchen and motivated Maxine to reach for her dream of Citrus Stand.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she then graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Political Science. Covid struck in the middle of a career transition and with the motivation of Desiree, followed her dreams of starting a new venture in the food and bev world.
